Every address comes from our data provider with the date it was last verified. A credit is charged only when a verified address comes back; anything else is free.

  • Verified at the source, not guessed

    Each address comes back with the date it was last verified. Nothing is guessed from a name-and-domain pattern.

  • Misses cost nothing

    If the source has no address for the person, or returns one without a verification date, you don't pay.

  • Bounces come back

    Report a bounce within 14 days of revealing it and the credit returns to your balance.
